본 발명은 시멘트모르타르나 콘크리트 구조물의 흡수성(吸水性) 또는 침투성(浸透性)을 감소시키고 방수성(防水性)을 증대시키기 위해 사용되는 침투성 도막 방수제(浸水性 塗膜 防水劑)를 제조함에 있어 규산염계의 미세한 시멘트분말과 발수성금속분말 및 고농도 고분자 에멀젼과 특수 첨가제를 혼련(混練)한 공중합 2액형(共重合 二液形)의 침투성 도막 방수제의 재조법과 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 규산질계의 오르트규산, 메타규산, 무정형 부정조성의 이산화규소 등의 혼합규산이 산에는 용해되지 않고 알칼리에는 비교적 잘 용해되는 물성을 시멘트콘크리트의 방수에 활용하기 위하여 이러한 성분과 성질이 응용된 포틀랜드시멘트에 규산갈슘 등과 화학활성제를 첨가하여 물에는 용해되지 않으나 물과 여러 비율로 수화물(水化物)을 형성하고 물과 반응하면 수화경화(水化 硬化)의 진행이 신속하고 시공이 극히 간편한 시멘트콘크리트용 침투성 도막 방수제와 그 시공방법을 제공하려 함에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.The present invention is a silicate in the preparation of a permeable coating waterproofing agent used to reduce the absorbency or permeability of cement mortar or concrete structures and to increase the water resistance.
