Abstract
본 발명은 열간압연 또는 연속주조 등과 같이 고온에서 사용되는 롤 표면의 내열성, 인성, 내마모성부족을 극복하기 위해 코팅 조직을 안정하고, 인성이 강한 조직으로 만들고 내마모성을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 고용 강화시켜 기존 코팅 재료의 단점을 극복할 뿐만 아니라, 간단한 열처리에 의해 코팅 조직이 내마모성이 큰 고경도의 고용체가 되게 하여 고면압에 의해서도 연화되지 않는 내마모성, 내부식성과 인성을 향상시킬 수 있는 고강도 재질층을 갖는 롤과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 몸체가 저합금강으로 구성되어 있고, 용접층은 무게분율(wt %)로 탄소(C)0.2% 이하, 크롬(Cr)20.0-36.0%, 규소(Si)0.5-3.9%, 망간(Mn)0.5-3.6%, 붕소(B)2.8-4.6%, 그리고 나머지는 철(Fe)과 필연적으로 함유되는 불순물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 재질 층을 갖는 롤과 그 제조방법이다.The present invention is to make the coating structure stable, tough tissue to overcome the heat resistance, toughness, abrasion resistance deficiency of the roll surface used at high temperature, such as hot rolling or continuous casting to strengthen the solid solution in a method for improving the wear resistance In addition to overcoming the shortcomings of the coating material, it has a high-strength material layer which can improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and toughness that is not softened by high surface pressure by making the coating structure become a high hardness solid solution having high wear resistance by simple heat treatment.
