Abstract
본 발명은 석탄가스화복합발전 및 가압유동층연소발전에서 가스터빈 날개의 마모방지와 대기오염을 방지하기 위해 석탄가스에 포함된 분진을 제거하도록 설치되는 고온 고압 집진용 세라믹 캔들 필터 설치구조에 관한 것으로 고온 고압용 세라믹 필터 집진기의 운전에 있어서 가스의 여과시에는 요소필터의 막힘을 방지하기 위하여 주기적으로 고압의 역세 압력변화를 주어야 하는데 이때 집진시에는 캔들필터가 상부로 들리고, 역세시에는 아래로 힘을 받게되는 필터가 상,하로 심하게 요동하게 되므로 필터 파손의 원인이 된다.The present invention relates to a ceramic candle filter installation structure for high temperature and high pressure dust which is installed to remove dust contained in coal gas in order to prevent abrasion of gas turbine blades and air pollution in coal gasification combined cycle and pressurized fluidized bed combustion power generation. 본 발명에서는 집진기 운전시에 형성되는 열 및 기계적 충격에서 오는 요소 필터의 파손을 방지하면서 효율적으로 밀봉을 할 수 있도록 튜브시트상에 개별적으로 요소필터홀더를 각각 제작 분리 형성하도록 밀봉에 충분하도록 하면서 세라믹 캔들필터를 지지하며, 상단주연부에 나사결합부를 구비한 필터홀더와; 상기 필터홀더와의 사이에 파이버 가스켓를 사이에 두고 끼워설치되는 세라믹 캔들필터와; 상기 세라믹 캔들필터의 입구와 결합되며, 외경에 플렌지를 형성 나사조립공을 형성한 다음 완충기능을 갖도록 압축스프링을 삽입하여 나사조립을 하므로서 튜브시트상에 걸리는 하중을 대폭경감시키고, 밀봉효과를 확실히 얻을 수 있으면서, 열팽창을 대비한 간격유지 및 가스누출을 동시에 해결할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 한다.According to the present invention, ceramics are made sufficient to seal and separately form the urea filter holders on the tube sheet so as to efficiently seal the urea filter while preventing damage of the urea filter resulting from thermal and mechanical shocks formed during operation of the dust collector.
