Abstract
본 발명은 움직임의 큰 동영상인 경우에 이 동영상의 회도 및 칼러신호를 선택적으로 부호화하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 이를 해결하기 위하여 입력 영상을 프레임 형성부에 의해서 프레임 단위로 구현하고, 이 구현된 프레임을 순차적으로 제공하며, 이로부터의 현재 프레임과 예측된 프레임간의 차분값을 DCT, 양자화 및 VLC 등을 이용하여 부호화는 장치에 있어서, 프레임 형성부로부터 제공되는 프래임과 이 프레임의 다음번째로 입력되는 프레임간에 의거하여 프레임에 대한 부호화 정보를 분석하는 이미지 분리부, 이미지 분석부의 분석정보에 의거하여 상기 프레임과 예측된 프레임간의 차분신호의 부호화를 제어하는 이미지 제어부로 구성됨으로써, 정지영상과 동영상을 판별함과 아울러 이에 따른 부호화를 효율적으로 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a device for selectively encoding the video and color signals of a moving picture in the case of a large moving picture.
