Abstract
본 발명은 KBPS(Korea Broadcast program Service) 데이터신호를 이용하여 입의의 방송을 시청하고 있는 중에도 동일시간에 방송되고 있는 타채널 방송 프로그램에 대한 안내화면을 제공할 수 있도록 된 타채널 프로그램 안내기능를 갖춘 텔레비전 수상기에 관한 것으로; 시청채널 선국을 위한 제1 튜너와, 부화면 및 KBPS코드검색을 위한 제2튜너, 선국된 방송신호로부터 검출한 영상신호를 처리하는 영상처리부, 장치전반을 제어하는 제어부를 구비한 2-튜너 텔레비젼 수상기에 있어서; 타채널 방송프로그램 안내기능을 선택하기 위한 기능선택부와, 상시 제2 튜너에 의해 검색되는 방송신호로부터 KBPS코드데이터를 검출해내는 KBPS데이터추출부, 이 KBPS데이터추출부에서 분리검출된 KBPS코드에 대해 각 코드에 대응되는 자형이 미지를 데이터로 저장하는 문자발생 ROM, 및 상기 제어부로부터의 소정 제어신호에 따라 상기 KBPS데이터추출부에서 분리검출된 KBPS코드에 대한 자형이미지를 독출하여 이에 해당되는 R, G, B및 블랭킹신호를 상기 영상처리부로 출력하는 OSD발생부를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제어부는 상기 기능선택부를 통해 타채널 방송프로그램 안내기능이 선택되게 되면 상기 제2튜너를 구동제어하여 현재 방송되고 있는 모든 방송채널을 순차적으로 검색하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention provides a channel information guide function for providing a guide screen for another channel broadcast program that is being broadcasted at the same time while watching a broadcast of a mouth using a KBPS (Korea Broadcast Program Service) data signal.
