Abstract
본 발명은 자기소자를 이용한 무정류자 모터의 회전자 위치검출용 자석에 관한 것으로, 특히 모터의 역기전압을 기준으로 부하전류의 공급구간을 조절하여 모터의 고효율화 및 제작비용 절감을 위한 무정류자 모터의 회전자 위치검출용 자석에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 회전자 위치검출용 자석을 회전자의 계자 자석의 극수와 동일한 n개의 자극으로 구성하여 각각의 극당 분할된 자극의 각도(θ1)를 전기자에서 발생되는 역기전압(E)의 크기와 연계하여 일정각도(θ2)로 축소하고, θ1과 θ2의 차에 해당되는 각도를 무자극 구간으로 구성하며, 내측 회전자 위치검출용 자석은, 자극(9-a)∼(9-d)의 사이에 (9-e)∼(9-h)의 무자극 구간을 두어 구성하여 경방향의 외측에 무자극 구간의 홈을 형성시켜 자극을 구성하며, 외측 회전자의 위치검출용 자석은, 자극(10-a)∼(10-d)의 사이에 (10-e)∼(10-h)의 무자극 구간을 두어 구성하여 경방향의 내측에 무자극 구간의 홈을 형성시켜 자극을 구성하며, 상기 위치검출용 자석은 자로(Yoke)와 일체로 구성되며, 위치 검출용 자석의 중심축을 기준으로 상하방향에 자극을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a magnet for detecting the position of a rotor of a non-commutator motor using a magnetic element, in particular, by adjusting the supply period of the load current based on the counter electromotive voltage of the motor to improve the efficiency of the motor and reduce the manufacturing cost of the motor.
