Abstract

본 발명은 반도체 제조공정의 트리밍/포밍공정을 마친 단위 자재를 튜브에 삽입하는 과정에서 튜브의 선단 초입부에 자재가 걸려지게 되면 이를 강제 진행시켜 줄 수 있도록 된 튜브 진동장치에 관한 것으로서, 튜브 적재부에 배치되어 있는 튜브에 제1진동부재와 제2진동부재로 이루어진 진동장치를 설치하여 자재가 튜브의 입구에 걸릴 때 이를 신속히 해소시켜 주므로써, 작업 인력과 작업 시간을 절약할 수 있는 동시에 반도체의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 반도체 제조장비의 튜브 진동장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자재 진행경로를 사이에 두고 그 양편에 각각 배치되면서 자재의 걸림상태를 검지할 수 있는 센서수단(10)과, 상기 센서수단(10)으로 부터 신호를 받아 작동되는 공압실린더(11)를 동력원으로 하는 동시에 튜브(12)의 양측단부 윗면과 중간부 밑면에 각각 근접 배치되면서 튜브(12)를 전체적으로 상하 진동시켜 주는 제1진동부재(13) 및 제2진동부재(14)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 제조장비의 튜브 진동장치.
