본 발명은 배속재생을 위한 가변비트율 디스크재생시스템에 관한것으로서, 디스크상의 소정 트렉에서 재생되는 RF 신호를복조하는 RF재생부; RF 재생부에서 복조되는 데이타를 해당하는 포맷에 맞게재생하여, 소정의 크기에 해당되는 데이타블럭이 준비되면 데이타준비신호를 출력하는 CD/SD 재생부; 바로 이전에 재생하였던 마지막 블럭 및 VBR 버퍼의 상태를 조사하여 CD/SD 재생부로부터 입력할 블럭의 크기를 인식한 후, 인식된 블럭의 시작번지 및 블럭크기에 대한 명령을 CD/SD재생부로 인가하고, 배속재생시 데이타 요구량이 CD/SD 재생부의 데이타 공급량보다 클 경우 VBR 버퍼에 저장된 데이타량에 따라 배속재생혹은 보통재생에 해당하는 속도로 절환하여 출력하는 가변전송부; 화면재생속도에 따라 가변전송부로 데이타 요구신호를 출력하며, 데이타 요구신호에 따라 가변전송부에서 출력되는 영상 혹은 음성신호를 디코딩하여 외부로출력하기 위한 AV 재생부; 및 픽업이 디스크상에서가변전송부에서 인식한 블럭이 들어있는 트랙으로 이동하도록 제어하는서보부로 구성된다. 따라서, 배속재생시 AV 재생부에서 요구하는 데이타양이 CD/SD 재생부에서 공급할 수 있는 데이타양보다 클 경우 배속재생 중에 발생하는 시청자가 감지가능한 정지화면을 시청자가감지불가능한 소화면으로 나누어 배속재생화면 중에 삽입함으로써 배속재생화면을 질을 획기적으로 높일 수 있다.The present invention relates to a variable bit rate disc reproduction system for double speed reproduction, comprising: an RF reproduction unit for demodulating an RF signal reproduced at a predetermined track on a disc; A CD / SD reproducing unit for reproducing the data demodulated by the RF reproducing unit according to a corresponding format and outputting a data preparation signal when a data block corresponding to a predetermined size is prepared; After checking the status of the last block played just before and the VBR buffer, the size of the block to be input from the CD / SD player is recognized, and the command for the start address and block size of the recognized block is applied to the CD / SD player.
