본 발명은 산업용 유류버너에 있어서 연료노즐(7)을 버너중심에서 편심되게 설치하여 이단의 이차베인 선회 도를 갖는 강선회용 이차베인(11)과 약선회용 이차베인(13)을 설치하여 외부베인 선회의 증감없이 보염능력을 강화시키고 고온의 내부순환류를 형성시켜 연료질소산화물(FUEL NOx)을 감소시키며 주 연소영역에서는 연료의 집중연소와 연소공기의 편심혼합으로 과농연소로 화염온도의 고온화를 방지하여 질소산화물의 생성을 억제하고 후류연소영역에서는 약선회고기에 의한 공기 과잉상태로 주 연소영역에서 생성된 질소산화물의 질소로의 환원반응 및 불완선 연소물질의 완전연소를 촉진하여 분진의 증가없이 공해물질인 질소산화물을 생성을 억제시키며, 강선회용 이차베인 구동축(12)과 약선회용 이차베인 구동축(14)을 각각 버너 정면판까지 연장 설치하여 다양한 화로형상에도 연소신뢰성을 향상시킨 질소산화물 저감효과가 뛰어난 저공해 연소버너이다.In the present invention, in the industrial oil burner, the fuel nozzle (7) is installed eccentrically at the burner center, and the outer vane turning is provided by installing the secondary vane (11) for turning and the secondary vane (13) having the secondary vane turning degree of the second stage.
