Abstract

복합보드(1), 프라이머(2), 제2접착층(3), 전사필름용 접착층(7), 열전사 칼라인쇄층(6) 및 투명보호층(7)을 차례로 적층하여 그 위를 이형제(10)가 도포된 보호필름(9)으로 보호한 칼라무늬가 형성된 두장의 칼라무늬보드(11)(11') 사이에 하니콤재(12)를 내재시켜 접착제로 부착시켜서 된 칼라무늬 현출 건축용 샌드위치 패널로서 샌드위치 패널 표면에 칼라무늬가 나타나 있음으로 건축물에 내·외장시 그 표면에 별도의 칠을 하거나 벽지를 부착할 필요가 없는 미려하고 경제적이면서 시공성이 양호한 샌드위치 패널이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 복합보드(1), 프라이머(2), 제2접착층(3), 전사필름용 접착층(7), 열전사칼라인쇄층(7) 및 투명보호층(8)을 차례로 적충하여 상기 투명보호층(8)을 이형제(10)가 저면에 도포된 보호필름(9)으로 보호한 칼라무늬가 형성된 두개의 건축용 칼라무늬보드(11)(11')의 칼라무늬면을 외부로 노출되게 하여, 그 양 보드사이에 하니콤재(12)를 내재시켜 상기 칼라무늬보드(11)(11') 내면과 접하는 부위에 관용되는 강력 접착제를 도포하여 접착한 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하니콤재 층을 가진 건축용 칼라무늬 샌드위치 패널.
