본 발명은 본 발명은 제철소의 제선 공정에서 발생하는 수쇄슬래그를 유리 원료로 사용하기에 적합한 입도와 조성으로 정제하는 방법 및 정제된 슬래그 조성물에 관한 것으로, 수쇄슬래그를 야적 숙성화, 균질화시킨 다음, 분쇄 및 분급한 후 자력선 및 건식비중 선광에 의하여 정제시키며, 정제된 슬래그는 SiO232-36중량%, Al2O3가 12-14중량%, Fe203가 0.15-0.25중량%, CaO가 39.0-43.0중량%, MgO가 6.5-7.5중량%, Na2O가 0.39-0.41중량%, K2O가 0.39-0.41중량%, S03가 1.6-1.8중량%이고, 평균 입경이 0.2-0.3mm, 중광물 함량이 10ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for refining hydrolyzed slag generated in a steelmaking process of an ironworks to a particle size and composition suitable for use as a glass raw material, and to a purified slag composition.
