Abstract
본 발명은 멤브레인 프레스장치에 관한 것으로, 코팅필름부재가 열전사/접착성형될 성형대상물이 재치되는 하부프레임(12)과, 그 하부프레임(12)과 기밀적으로 당접되어 성형챔버를 형성하는 상부프레임(14)을 갖추어 구성된 멤브레인 프레스장치에서 상기 상부프레임(14)이 상시 일정한 위치로 유지되는 상태에서 상기 하부프레임(12)을 승강운동시키기 위한 절첩식 승강유니트(40)와, 상기 하부프레임(12)에 대해 출입되면서 상기 성형 대상물을 교체적으로 인입/인출하는 다중화 구조의 펠릿이송유니트(18), 상기 교체적으로 인입되는 성형대상물에 상기 코팅필름재를 열전사/접착성형하기 위한 고온/고압의 기류를 공급하는 가압/가열수단 및 전체적인 코팅과정을 제어하는 제어패널(16)을 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 일정한 위치의 상부프레임(14)에 대해 상기 하부프레임(12)이 승강되면서 상기 성형대상물에 코팅필름재를 열전사/접착성형하도록 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a membrane press apparatus, wherein the coating film member has a lower frame (12) on which a molding object to be thermally transferred / adhesive is mounted, and an upper portion which is hermetically contacted with the lower frame (12) to form a molding chamber.
