Abstract
실린더 블록의 메인 베어링 캡을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 일체로 형성된 실린더 블록과 메인 베어링 캡에 메인 베어링 캡을 분리했다가 다시 결합할 보울트 구멍과, 크랭크 샤프트와 베어링의 삽입을 위한 크랭크 샤프트 보어 가공을 마친 후, 파쇄에 의해 상기 메인 베어링 캡을 분리하여 제작함으로써 메인 베어링 캡과 실린더 블록의 정밀한 결합을 위한 부수적인 가공이 요구되지 않고, 결합 후 크랭크 샤프트 보어의 진원도와 원통도를 확보할 수 있어 작업성 향상에 따른 원가절감과 함께 크랭크 샤프트에 정확한 회전축을 제공하여 엔진의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.In the method of manufacturing the main bearing cap of the cylinder block, a bolt hole for separating and re-engaging the main bearing cap to the integrally formed cylinder block and the main bearing cap, and a crank shaft bore processing for inserting the crank shaft and the bearing.
