Abstract

본 발명은 손상된 치조골의 재생을 유도하기 위한 약물을 함유하는 생분해성 차폐막 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따라 폴리글리콜산 기본 망상에 약물을 함유한 생분해성 고분자 용액을 도포하여 제조된 다공성 차폐막은, 망사에 고분자를 피복하여 정교하게 다공성 미세구조를 형성함으로써 차폐막이 삽입되는 부위 조직들의 생장을 보다 용이하게 조절할 수 있으며, 약물을 함유하는 차폐막이 분해됨에 따라 이들 약물이 조절 방출되어 치료효과를 증대시킬 수 있으므로 치조골 재생 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.The present invention relates to a biodegradable shielding membrane containing a drug for inducing regeneration of damaged alveolar bone and a method for producing the same, prepared by applying a biodegradable polymer solution containing a drug on a polyglycolic acid based network according to the present invention.
