Abstract

본 발명은 진공청소기의 소음저감장치에 관한 것으로 특히 청소기 모터의 알피엠에 따라 흡입일률 및 저소음을 만족할수 있도록 자동밸브가 모터케이스 배기구를 통해 배출되는 유체의 유속, 유량에 따라 압축 및 팽창함에 따라 밸브페이스 배기구가 적정 배기구 면적을 유지시킴으로서 청소기의 유체소음을 저감시킬수 있도록 한 것으로서, 모터케이스의 후면에 체결가능한 밸브케이스와, 상기 밸브케이스에 장착되어 유체의 힘에 의해 압축, 팽창하는 자동밸브와, 상기 자동밸브를 탄성력으로 지지하는 탄성부재와, 상기 자동밸브의 유동에 의해 통과하는 유체의 양이 변화하는 자동밸브 배기구를 구성한 것이다.

  1. 모터케이스의 후면에 체결가능한 밸브케이스와, 상기 밸브케이스에 장착되어 유체의 힘에 의해 압축, 팽창하는 자동밸브와, 상기 자동밸브를 탄성력으로 지지하는 탄성부재와, 상기 자동밸브의 유동에 의해 통과하는 유체의 양이 변화하는 자동밸브 배기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 소음저감장치.
