본 발명은 전화국으로부터 송출된 하울러 톤 신호가 입력되면 이를 완충하는 버퍼부와, 상기 버퍼부에서 출력되는 신호에 포함된 잡음을 필터링하는 필터부와, 상기 필터부에서 출력되어 파형정형부를 통과한 신호와 훅크 스위치 상태감지부에서 출력되는 신호를 조합하여 송수화기가 방치되어 있는가를 판별하여 송수화기가 방치되어 있으면 이에 해당된 제어 신호를 출력하는 로직부와, 상기 로직부에서 출력되는 제어 신호에 의해 훅쿠스위치를 수신 가능하게 전환시켜 수신벨 및 자동 응답 회로가 작동되도록 하는 훅크 스위치 위치조절부로 구성되어, 하울러 톤을 이용하여 송수화기가 방치상태을 판별하여 훅크 스위치를 수신 가능 상태로 자동 절환 시키므로 송수화기가 전화기 본체로부터 이격되어 있어도 상대 가입자의 수신내용을 기록하거나 수신 벨이 구동되게하여 상대 가입자와 통화를 할 수 있는 전화기의 송수화기 방치 방지 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention provides a buffer unit for buffering a Howler tone signal transmitted from a telephone station, a filter unit for filtering noise included in a signal output from the buffer unit, and a waveform unit output from the filter unit.
