이 발명은 에이엠 검파(AM:Amplitude Modulation Detection) 회로의 전파 정류기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게 말하자면 종래의 전파 정류기에 비하여 선형성(Linearity)과 전고조파 왜율(Total Harmonic Distortion) 이 우수한 특성을 갖는 에이엠 검파 회로의 전파 정류기에 관한 것으로, 이 발명의 실시예에서, 트랜지스터(Q606)과 저항(R604) 저항(R605)를 구헝하여 가동 전류 공급회로(600)의 초기 아이들링 전류를 흘려 주며 또한, 다이오드(D602)와, 다이오드(D607)를 구성하여 트랜지스터(Q701), 트랜지스터(Q703)으로 구성된 전류 미러중 트랜지스터(Q702) 콜렉터 에미터 양단의 전압을 일정하게(약 1 Vbe=0.75V) 잡아주어 Earlt 전압에 의한 전류의 오프 세트를 줄여줌으로써 최종적으로 전파 정류된 신호 파형이 왜곡이 없이 일정한 파형을 유지하도록 할 수 있는 효과가 있는 에이엠 검파 회로의 전파 정류기를 제공할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a full-wave rectifier of an AM (Amplitude Modulation Detection) circuit.
