Abstract

본 발명은 정류자를 사용하지 않으므로서 정류자로부터의 소음이나 내구성을 향상시키도록 하는 직류 모터에 관한 것이다. 즉 영구자석을 수평으로 축지하고, 그 하부에는 면상에 반원형 슬릿이 천공되도록 한 원판이 축설된 수직의 회전축을 상기 슬릿의 일측 상, 하부로 서로 마주보게 형성시킨 발광소자과 수광소자에 의해서 하이신호는 트랜지스터1을 통해 트랜지스터2로, 로우신호는 낫 게이트를 거쳐 하이신호로 증폭시킨 뒤 트랜지스터4를 통해 트랜지스터3으로 전류가 흐르도록 하여 각각 폐회로를 형성하면서 상기 영구자석의 양측으로 고정착설시킨 권선틀에 감겨진 여자 코일을 따라 전류의 방향을 일정한 간격으로 바꾸어주면서 흐르도록 하여 지속적으로 영구자석을 회전시키면서 회전축을 구동시키도록 하는 것이 본 발명의 특징적인 구성이다.The present invention relates to a direct current motor to improve noise and durability from the commutator without using the commutator.
