Abstract
본 발명은 고속회전이 가능한 원심압축기용 유도전동기에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 유도전동기는 저속회전(3400∼3550rpm)을 기준으로 회전자 슬롯의 형상과 슬롯충전바 및 고정자 슬롯의 형상은 물론이고 회전자와 고정자 사이의 공극 등이 설계되었기 때문에 60000rpm이상의 고속회전시 공극내에서의 냉각유체 유동과 리액턴스 누설 및 기자력 구속 등에 의한 효율저하와 과도한 원심력에 의한 회전자 파괴 등의 문제점을 해결하기 어려운 것이었다.The present invention relates to an induction motor for a centrifugal compressor capable of high speed rotation, and a conventional induction motor is a rotor as well as a shape of a rotor slot and a slot filling bar and a stator slot based on a low speed rotation (3400 to 3550 rpm).
