Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 머플러를 결합한 인슐레이터의 결합 부품을 최소로 줄여 코스트를 저감시킬 수 있도록 한 차량용 머플러와 인슐레이터 일체형 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래의 인슐레이터는 볼트와 너트로 체결하므로 작업 공수가 많아 생산성이 저하될 뿐 아니라, 이로 인하여 코스트가 상승되고, 경량화에 어려운 문제점이 있었던바, 본 발명은 머플러(10)의 상면에 인슐레이터(20)를 결합하되, 상기 인슐레이터(20)의 저면 좌우에 결합편(21)의 상부를 부착하고, 상기결합편(21)의 파부를 절곡하여 플랜지(22)를 형성하며 상기 플랜지(22)를 머플러(10)의 상면에 부착하여 상기 인슐레이터(20)와 머플러(30)를 일체로 형성하므로 작업공수로 현저하게 줄일 수 있어 경제적이고, 중량은 최소로 줄이 수 있을 뿐 아니라 작업 효율 및 생산 효율을 향상시킨 것임.The present invention relates to a vehicle muffler and an insulator integrated structure in which the coupling parts of the insulator combined with the muffler of the vehicle can be minimized to reduce the cost.
