Abstract
본 발명은 세탁기에서 세탁기의 포량을 감지하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 종래의 포량감지 수단에 있어서는 중량 변화에 대한 변위 대 주파수를 룩업테이블로 구축하였기 때문에 센서 및 사용조건의 변화에 따라 오차가 발생하는 결함이 있었는 바, 본 발명은 이를 해결하기 위하여, 제품 출하전 세탁조의 무게를 일정 단위로 증가시키면서 중량센서의 출력주파수를 읽어 그 출력주파수와 단위 무게당 주파수 증가율을 기억장치에 저장한 후, 세탁기에 전원이 투입될 때 상기 중량센서의 출력주파수를 측정하고, 이를 근거로 초기치를 설정하며, 이후, 세탁포의 투입에 의해 증가되는 상기 중량센서의 출력주파수를 검출하여 초기치를 기준으로 주파수 증가율을 구하고, 이를 근거로 상기 기억장치에 저장된 데이탈을 참조하여 포량을 계산하도록 하였다.The present invention relates to a technique for detecting a quantity of a washing machine in a washing machine.
