Abstract

본 발명은 종래의 타이어 밸런스 수리용 고무 조성물의 문제점인 유해성을 해결하기 위해 천연고무 100중량부에 대하여, 산화아연 300 내지 600중량부, 산화철 300 내지 600중량부, 카본 블랙 20 내지 50중량부, 쿠마론인렌 수지 10 내지 30중량부 및 BTX 함량이 5중량% 이하인 고무용 용제 500 내지 800중량을 사용하여 고무 조성물을 재조함으로써 밸런스 수리용 고무 조성물로서 적합한 물성을 갖고 인체 유해성 및 환경오염 유발이 감소한 타이어 밸런스 수리용 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 천연고무 100중량부에 대하여, 산화아연 300 내지 600중량부, 산화철 300 내지 600중량부, 카본 블랙 20 내지 50중량부, 쿠마론 인렌 수지 10 내지 30중량부 및 BTX(벤젠, 몰루엔, 크실렌)함량이 5중량% 이하인 고무용 용제 500 내지 800중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 밸런스 수리용 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카본 블랙은 N2SA 값이 70 내지 100㎡/g, DBP가 70 내지 150㎤/100g, 착색력이 90 내지 120%인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 밸런스 수리용 고무 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화철은 입자크기가 0.1 내지 2.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 밸런스 수리용 고무 조성물.
