Abstract

못이나 비스고정이 가능하고, 경도, 면외부굽힘강성 및 내충격성을 갖는 경질석고판 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
석고심내에 소석고 100중량부당 0.5~5중량부의 섬유가 분산되어 있는 석고심이 원지로 피복되어 이루는, 비중이 1~1.6인 경질석고판, 이 경질석고판은 소석고 100중량부당 0.5~5중량부의 섬유와 30~65중량%의 혼합수를 혼합교반하여 얻은 이장을 원지 사이에 유입시켜 판상으로 성형하는 것에 의해 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 석고심내에 소석고 100중량부당 0.5~5중량부의 섬유가 분산되어서 있는 석고심이 원지로 피복되어 이루어지는 비중이 1~1.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유가 무기섬유와 유기섬유로 이루어지고, 그 비율이 1:0.05~1:1(중량비)인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 석고심이 소석고 100중량부당 2중량부 이하의 양으로 감수제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 석고심이 소석고 100부당 포제를 0.05중량부 이하의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판.
  5. 소석고 100중량부당 0.5~5중량부의 섬유와 30~65중량%의 혼합수를 혼합교반하여 얻은 이장을 원지 사이에 유입시켜 판상으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판의 유입성형법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 섬유가 사전에 소석고로 표면을 피복한 섬유 및/또는 분산제로 표면처리한 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판의 유입성형법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 섬유가 무기섬유와 유기섬유로 이루어지고, 그 비율이 1:0.05~1:1(중량비)인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판의 유입성형법.
  8. 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 이장이 소석고 100중량부당 2중량부 이하의 양으로 감수제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판의 유입성형법.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 이장이 소석고 100중량부당 포제를 0.05중량부 이하의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질석고판의 유입성형법.
