Abstract
본 발명은 유도가열기기의 정전력 제어장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 입력 교류전원으로 부터 부하에 공급되는 전류를 전류트랜스(C. T)를 사용함에 따라 원가가 상승하게 되고, 전류트랜스(C. T)를 통해 검출한 전류값과 기준값을 비교부를 통해 비교해야 함에 따라 비교부 부가에 따른 원가상승 및 기준값의 수가 한정 되어 있어 전력 제어수가 한정되는 등의 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 LC공진이 일어나는 공진콘덴서 전압값을 읽어서 실험에 의한 목표전압과 비교하여 공진콘덴서 전압이 목표전압이 도달할 수 있도록 정전력을 제어를 마이크로 프로세서가 수행하도록 함으로써 기준값과 비교부를 생략할 수 있어서, 원가를 절감할 수 있음은 물론 기준값의 한정에 의해 제한된 전력 제어단계를 세밀히 할 수 있으며, 공진콘덴서에 과전압이 걸리는 것도 검지할 수 있어서 공진콘덴서를 보호할 수 있도록 한다.The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for controlling an electrostatic power of an induction heating apparatus.
