Abstract

"운송" 층(MPEG-2 TS)에서 규정된 바와 같이 MPEG-2 신호로 결합된 다양한 텔레비젼 신호를 서로 분리시키기 위한 마이크로프로세서(15)와 디멀티플렉서(16)를 포함하는 집적 회로(IC)를 갖는 장치가 제공되고, 이 집적회로는 MPEG-1 신호를 MPEG-2 디코더(18, 19)에 인간되는 MPEG-2 신호를 시뮬레이트하는 신호로 재-포맷팅하기 위한 마이크로프로세서와 관련된 논리 소자(14)를 또한 포함한다.

Claims (6)

  1. MPEG-2 형태의 디지털 신호, 즉 MPEG-2로 참조되는 표준에 따라서 압축되고 형성된 신호를 수신 및 처리하고, 이 신호에 기초한 화상을 표시하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 텔레비젼 장치로서, 상기 수단은 MPEG-2 표준의 '운송' 층에서 규정된 바와 같이 MPEG-2 TS 신호를 제공하는 회로, MPEG-2 신호로 결합되고 디멀티플렉서로부터의 한 채널이 제공되는 다양한 텔레비젼 채널을 서로 분리시키기 위한 MPEG-2 TS 신호가 제공되는 디멀티플렉서, 마이크로프로세서, 및 MPEG-2 오디오 및 비디오 디코딩 회로를 포함하는 텔레비젼 장치에 있어서, MPEG-1 형태의 디지털 신호 즉 MPEG-1으로 참조되는 표준에 따라서 패킷으로 형성되고 압축된 신호를 수신하기 위한 수단과, MPEG-1 신호를 MPEG-2 신호를 시뮬레이트하는 신호의 형태로 상기 디멀티플렉서에 제공하기 위한, 운송 층 및 패킷 접합 특히 신호처리 및 클럭 회복 신호를 변환시키는 마이크로프로세서와 관련된 논리 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로프로세서, 상기 디멀티플렉서 및 상기 논리 소자는 단일의 집적 회로내에 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 디스크램블링 회로 또한 상기 마이크로프로세서, 상기 디멀티플렉서 및 상기 논리 소자와 함께 상기 단일의 집적회로내에 병합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집적회로의 상기 마이크로프로세서는 MPEG 신호를 디코딩하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 집적회로의 상기 마이크로프로세서에 의해 디코드된 화상에 기초하여 화상내의 화상을 표시하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 장치.
  6. MPEG-2 표준의 '운송' 층내에서 규정된 바와 같이 MPEG-2 TS 신호로 결합된 다양한 텔레비젼 채널을 서로 분리시키기 위한 마이크로프로세서와 디멀티플렉서를 포함하는 텔레비젼 장치를 위한 집적회로에 있어서,MPEG-1 신호를 MPEG-2 신호를 시뮬레이트하는 신호의 형태로 제공하기 위해, 상기 마이크로프로세서와 관련된 논리 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 장치를 위한 집적회로.
