Abstract

본 발명은 병렬 및 직렬 공진자와 다수의 단자들이 수납되는 사다리형 압전필터의 케이스에 관한 것으로서 케이스 몸체부에 다수의 공진자와 단자가 안착되고 그 상단부에 봉지판이 삽입되는 사다리형 압전필터의 케이스에 있어서, 상기 케이스의 상단부 내부에 봉지판의 삽입을 가이드하도록 중앙부가 상,하부보다 두꺼운 턱이 형성되고, 상기 턱과 케이스 몸체부 사이에 상기 봉지판이 안착되는 안착홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 사다리형 압전필터의 케이스는 봉지판이 삽입되는 케이스 상단부의 구조가 개선되어 봉지판의 조립이 용이해짐과 아울러 밀봉 효과가 뛰어나 에폭시 수지가 케이스의 내부로 유입되지 않고, 봉지판이 삽입된 상태에에서 에폭시 수지가 균일하게 충진되어 경화되기 때문에 제품이 외부의 강한 충격에도 파손되지 않게 되는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a case of a ladder-type piezoelectric filter in which parallel and series resonators and a plurality of terminals are accommodated, and a case of a ladder-type piezoelectric filter in which a plurality of resonators and terminals are seated in a case body portion and an encapsulation plate is inserted into an upper end thereof.
