Abstract
본 발명은 전계방출 디스플레이의 내부 공간을 진공사태로 패키징시키기 위한 고진공 패키지 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명은 소정 크기의 수납 공간에 밀봉용 유리봉이 내장된 진공 챔버와, 상기 진공 챔버와 상기 배기구를 연결시키는 제1통로 및 상기 제1통로로부터 측방향으로 분기되어서 진공 펌프와 연결시키는 제2통로를 포함한 연결 부재와, 상기 밀봉용 유리봉을 가열시키기 위한 가열 수단과, 그리고 상기 가열된 밀봉용 유리봉과 상기 연결 부재에 전극을 형성시키기 위한 전원을 포함하고 있는 전계 방출 디스플레이용 진공 패키징 시스템에 의해 달성되며 이에 의해서 전계 방출 디스플레이의 화질을 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention discloses a high vacuum package system for packaging an interior space of a field emission display into a vacuum. It is thereby possible to improve the image quality of the field emission display.
