Abstract

본 발명은 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어 턴테이블의 디스크 척킹 장치에 관한 것으로서 디스크(50)가 상부 면에 안치되는 턴테이블(70)(70a)과, 상기 턴테이블(70)(70a)상에 안치된 디스크를 눌러주는 척킹부재(80)로 구성된 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어에 있어서, 상기턴테이블 (70)(70a)의 안착 면(72)(72a)에 소정의 폭과 길이로 일정각도 간격으로 절개 형성된 절개 홈(73)(73a)과, 상기 절개 홈(73)(73a)의 중심에 위치하도록 상기 안착 면(72)(72a)에 일단이 연이어 형성되고 타단이 점차적으로 상측방향으로 경사져 돌설된 탄성돌기(74)(74a)와, 상기 안착 면(72)(72a)에 안치되는 디스크(50)의 안착 용이하게 하기 위해 디스크(50)의 안치공(51)이 진입하는외주면이 굴곡 경사져 돌출 형성된 경사 돌기 부(71)(71a)와 상기 턴테이블(70)(70a)의 끼움공(75)(75a)에 끼워진 스핀들 모터(40)의 회전축(41)의 끝단부가 끼워지는 고정홈(81)이 형성되고, 경사 진입돌부(71)(71a)에 형성된 요홈(76)(76a)에 끼워지는 끼움돌부(84)가 상기 척킹부재(80) 저면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어 턴테이블의 디스크 척킹 장치인바, 턴테이블의 생산 단가를 저감시키고, 디스크의 척킹이 안정적으로 이루어지도록 해주는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 디스크(50)가 상부 면에 안치되는 턴테이블(70)(70a)과, 상기 턴테이블(70)(70a)상에 안치된 디스크(50)를 눌러주는 척킹부재(80)로 구성된 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어에 있어서, 상기 턴테이블(70)(70a)의 안착면(72)(72a)에 소정의 폭과 길이로 일정가도 간격으로 절개 형성된 절개 홈(73)(73a)과, 상기 절개 홈(73)(73a)의 중심에 위치하도록 상기 안착 면(72)(72a)에 일단이 연이어 형성되고 타단이 점차적으로 상측방향으로 경사져 돌설된 탄성돌기(74)(74a)와, 상기 안착면(72)(72a)에 안치되는 디스크(50)의 안착 용이하게 하기위해 디스크(50)의 안치공(51)이 진입하는 외주면이 굴곡 경사져 돌출 형성된 경사 돌기 부(71)(71a)와 상기 턴테이블(70)(70a)의 끼움공(75)(75a)에 끼워진 스핀들 모터(40)의 회전축(41)의 끝단부가 끼워지는 고정홈(81)이 형성되고, 경사 진입돌부(71)(71a)에 형성된 요홈(76)(76a)에 끼워지는 끼움돌부(84)가 상기 척킹부재(80) 저 면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어 턴테이블의 디스크 척킹 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 턴테이블(70)의 절개 홈(73)과 탄성돌기는 안착면(72)과 동일한 원호를 갖는 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어 턴테이블의 디스크 척킹 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 턴테이블(70a)의 절개 홈(73)과 탄성돌기는 턴테이블(70a)의 중심부에서 방사상으로 절개되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 디스크 플레이어 턴테이블의 디스크 척킹 장치.
