Abstract

The invention relates to master batch composition which is applicable to many kinds of polyolefin resin and which can produces goods exhibiting natural stone pattern by process of injection molding. This invention is characterized in that 2-3 parts by weight of a master batch composition comprising 30 - 50 parts by weight of polyolefin resin, at least 200 deg. C of melting point polyamide resin, about 1-10 parts by weight of modified polypropylene resin binder, suitable amount of pigment, dispersant and auxiliary agent is added to polyolefin resin, and then this is injection molded less than 220 deg. C.

본 발명은 대리석, 화강암 등과 같은 천연석무늬의 외관을 나타나게 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 성형품 제조에 적용할 수 있는 마스터 배치(master batch)와 이 마스터 배치조성물을 이용하는 폴리올레핀 수지 성형품의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 상세히 설명하면, 본 발명은 사출 성형 가공법에 의해 천연석무늬와 유사한 외관을 보유하는 성형품 제작이 가능하며, 여러 종류의 폴리올레핀 수지에 적용할 수 있는 마스터 배치 조성물에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
