Abstract

〔과제〕
기계적 강도의 저하를 방지할 수 있음과 아울러, 가공이 용이하여 코스트의 증대가 거의 발생하지 않는 흡수식 냉동장치의 증발코일의 제공.
〔구성〕
동파이프(10)를 원통형상으로 감아서 형성함과 아울러 양단부(11, 12)를 외측방향으로 구부리고, 내부에 냉각수를 흐르게 하고, 상측에서 냉매를 적하시켜서 열교환을 하는 흡수식 냉동장치의 증발코일(1)에 있어서, 상기 동파이프(10)의 양단부(11, 12)를 제외한 전 외측둘레면에 동일 각도로 경사진 다수의 경사홈(13, 14)을 양방향으로 냉간단조하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 동파이프를 종형 원통형상으로 감아서 형성함과 아울러, 내부에 열매체를 흐르게 하고, 상측에서 냉매를 상기 동파이프의 외측둘레표면으로 적하시켜서 열교환을 하는 흡수식 냉동장치의 증발코일에 있어서, 상기 동파이프의 전 외측둘레표면에 동일 각도로 경사진 다수의 경사홈을, 경사홈끼리 교차되도록 양방향으로 냉각단조하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉동장치의 증발코일.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경사홈은 일방향의 경사홈을 전조하고, 이어서 타방향의 경사홈을 전조하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉동장치의 증발코일.
