본 발명은 해상수면의 부유기름을 흡착, 제거, 확산방지용으로 사용되는 이중오일핸스 및 매트(OIL FENCE ＆ MAT)로써 제1도와 같이 완성된다. 제2도 1번 7센티(CM)짜리 벼짚 로부(ROPE)4개를 꽈 만들고 제2도 2번같이 2센티(CM)짜리 피.피(P.P)사(絲)로부(ROPE)를 가운데 넣어 핸스를 만든다. 또 3번의 스치로폴 부착(규격 50센티(CM)×16센티(CM) 제1도 4번과 같이 50미터(M)간격에 1개씩을 부착시키고 제1도 1번 및 2번의 오일핸스에 제2도 4번의 길이 2미터(M)×직경 1센티(CM)의 새끼줄을 제3도 2번 피.이(P.E)사(絲)1,2,3,4 힘줄에 돗자리형과 같이 1가닥 1가닥씩 넣어 짜고(베짜듯) 반복하면 제3도 1번과 같이 200미터(M)×폭 2미터(M)의 매트가 제작되며 이 매트를 제1도 1번 및 2번에 부착하면 제1도 길이 200미터(M)×2.32미터(M)의 이중핸스 및 매트가 완성된다. 본 고안은 이중핸스 및 매트를 분리하여 사용하게 되면, 1. 이중핸스 및 매트, 2. 오일핸스, 3. 오일매트 3가지의 기름제거용 장비가 된다.The present invention is completed as shown in FIG. 1 by a double oil hand and a mat (OIL FENCE & MAT) used for adsorption, removal and diffusion prevention of suspended oil on the sea surface.
