Abstract

본 발명은 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지와 에폭시 함유 아크릴 수지를 주제로 한 도료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 3개 이상의 반응기를 갖는 지방 글리콜 5∼85중량%와, 2개의 반응기를 갖는 지방족 글리콜 0∼20중량%와, 반응성 실리콘 화합물 1∼30중량% 및 촉매 1∼3중량%를 혼합 반응시켜 중간체 수지를 제조하고, 이의 잔존 글리콜 함량에 대한 산의 몰비가 0.8∼1이 되도록 산무수물의 첨가하여 제조되는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지와; 에폭시기 당량이 150∼1000인 에폭시기 함유 아크릴 수지를 상기 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지에 산가와 아크릴 수지중의 에폭시기를 1 : 0.5∼0.5 : 1의 당량비가 되도록 배합하여서 된 도료 조성물로 종래의 도료에 비해 특히 내산성이 우수한 장점이 있다.The present invention relates to a coating composition based on a silicone-modified polyester resin and an epoxy-containing acrylic resin, comprising 5 to 85% by weight of fatty glycol having three or more reactors and 0 to 20% by weight of aliphatic glycol having two reactors.
