Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, 이하, PC라 칭함)와 아크릴니트릴-스틸렌 공중합체(acrylonitrile-stylene copolymer, 이하, SAN이라 칭함)의 블랜드시에 SAN의 주쇄에 에틸렌프로필렌 디엔메틸렌 고무(ethylene-propylene-dienemethylene rubber, 이하, EPDM이라 칭함) 성분이 가지구조로 결합되어 있는 SAN-EPDM 충격보강제를 첨가함으로써 상온 및 저온에서의 내충격성, 내열성 및 내후성등이 우수하여 자동차의 외장제 특히, 충돌시 내충격성이 요구되는 부품에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 폴리카보네이트(PC) 수지 30∼70중량%와 아크릴니트릴-스틸렌 공중합(SAN)수지 70∼30중량%로 구성되는 주성분 수지 100중량%에 대해 주쇄인 아크릴니트릴스틸렌 공중합체에 에틸렌프로필렌 디엔메틸렌 고무(EPDM) 성분을 그라프트(graft) 공중합시켜 얻은 SAN-EPDM 수지 5∼50중량%를 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.Ethylene propylene diemethylene rubber (PVC) is used as the main chain acrylonitrile styrene copolymer with respect to 100% by weight of the main component resin composed of 30 to 70% by weight of polycarbonate (PC) resin and 70 to 30% by weight of acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer (SAN) resin.
