Abstract
본 발명은 난연성 폴리에스테르의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 주요 반복단위가 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성된 폴리에스테르를 제조함에 있어서, 생성 폴리에스테르 중에 인원소 함량이 3,000∼20,000ppm이 되도록 하기 일반식(I)로 표현되는 인하합물을 첨가하고, 물성저하를 막기 위해 마그네슘, 리듐, 칼슘, 아연으로부터 선정된 금속의 수산화물, 탄산염 또는 초산염 중에서 1성분 또는 2성분 이상 혼합한 금속화합물을 하기 일반식(II)를 만족하는 양으로 첨가하여 섬유 및 직물로 제조시에 물성의 저하를 줄이면서 난연성이 우수한 폴리에스테르를 제조하였다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a flame-retardant polyester, the main repeating unit in the production of a polyester consisting of ethylene terephthalate, in the resulting polyester so that the content of phosphorus element is 3,000 ~ 20,000ppm by the general formula (I) A metal compound mixed with one or two or more components among hydroxides, carbonates, or acetates of a metal selected from magnesium, lithium, calcium, and zinc in order to add a reduced compound to be expressed and to prevent physical property deterioration satisfies the following general formula (II).
