Abstract
본 발명은 관 내부에 스테틱믹서가 취부된 2개의 관형 반응기에 메틸메타아크릴레이트 모노머, 반응개시제 및 분자량 조절제를 첨가하여 중합시키되, 순화펌프를 통하여 반응물의 80∼95중량%가 관형반응기에서 재순환되도록 하고, 두 반응기에 각각 공급되는 열매의 온도를 조절하므로써 새로운 폴리머가 투입되는 관형반응기(A)의 온도를 85∼100℃로 조정하고 다른 관형반응기(B)의 온도는 이보다 5 내지 10℃ 높게 조정하여 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 메틸메타아크릴레이트 시럽의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명 방법은 종래의 괴상중합에서의 열전달 문제를 해결하였으므로 반응속도를 조절하여 원하는 중합물 함량과 시럽점도의 프리폴리머 시럽을 연속적으로 제조할 수 있는 이점을 갖는다.The present invention is polymerized by adding a methyl methacrylate monomer, a reaction initiator and a molecular weight regulator to two tubular reactors in which a static mixer is installed in a tube, and 80 to 95% by weight of the reactants are recycled in a tubular reactor through a purifying pump.
