(b) If the data communication interval is constant because the first and the second control parts operates correctly, calls off the reset for the first control part by the second control part's output after calling off the reset for the second control part first. (c) If the data communication interval shortens due to misoperation of either one of the first and the second control part, force the misoperating control part to reset by controlling the reset part(4) forcibly through the reset call off part(4a).
