Abstract

The first buffer part(210) outputs flag signal according to the storage of data to be input. The first flag detecting part(215) outputs flag detecting signal by detecting flag signal of the first buffer part(210). Microprocessor(220) divides the data to be input into moving picture bit stream data and audio bit stream data, and outputs those. The second buffer part(230) saves temporarily the moving picture bit stream data to be given from microprocessor(220), and so outputs to moving picture signal decoder, then if storage is smaller than setting value, it outputs empty flag signal. The second flag detecting part(235) responses to the ef signal given from the second buffer part(230) and then outputs interrupt signal. The third buffer part(240) receives the audio bit stream data to be given from microprocessor(220) and saves temporarily, next outputs those to audio signal decoder.
