Abstract
본 발명은 롤러의 형상에 의해서 핫 코일의 감기는 시작면을 굴곡시켜 이 형상을 기존의 핫 코일의 센터를 감지하던 CCD 카메라가 동시에 인식하게 하여, 로봇 팔에 추가로 카메라를 설치하지 않아도 정확하게 코일의 감기는 시작면을 인식하여서, 로봇이 정확한 위치에 라벨을 부착할 수 있게 한 압연 핫 코일의 형상을 이용한 코일의 감기는 시작면 검출방법이다.The present invention bends the winding start surface of the hot coil by the shape of the roller so that the CCD camera that senses the center of the existing hot coil is recognized at the same time, so that the coil can be precisely installed without additional cameras installed on the robot arm. The winding of the coil is a method of detecting the starting surface of the coil by using the shape of the rolling hot coil which recognizes the starting surface and enables the robot to attach the label at the correct position.
