Abstract

The artificial leather including polyurethane is produced by the following method. (1) Needle punching nonwaven fiber is made from complex fiber staplefiber and then soluble copolymer solution is infiltrated and dried to stabilize the form of nonwaven fiber. (2) Dampen, infiltrate and process a flexible polyurethane elastic body forming fine porosity. (3) Eliminate marine component using the process of alkali reduction, do superfine process of fiber and then add polyester polyurethane without porosity to one surface through damp coating method. The produced fiber is treated by a series of post-process procedure like buffing, dyeing or the like.
