The vehicle handy wastebasket is intended to prevent the escape of the waste filled within the basket as well as to remove the waste out of the basket in an easy manner. The vehicle handy wastebasket comprises: a body(10) having a wall plate(13) lying between left and right side plates(11,12); a cover(20) hinge-fixed on any of the side plates(11,12) to be opened/closed and having a protruded pin(22) guided to an inside surface guide groove(11b) of the side plate(11) and elastically supported by a coil spring(23), on the one side surface thereof; a cover lever(24) elastically supported on the top surface thereof to attach/detach the cover(20) to/from a cover stopper(13a) of the wall plate(13); and a side measuring cover(30) mounted to be foldable in accordance with the openness of the cover(20).
