Abstract
본 발명은 VCR의 헤드드럼장치에 관한 것으로, 메인베이스의 상면에 일정한 기울기로 고정·설치되는 드럼베이스와, 상기 드럼베이스의 상부에 동일한 기울기로 고정·장착되며, 상단의 내측 가장자리에 안쪽을 향하는 일정한 기울기의 슬랜트부가 형성된 하부드럼과, 상기 하부드럼의 상부에 회동가능하게 조립되며, 그 하단의 소정 위치에 비디오헤드가 설치된 상부드럼과, 상기 드럼베이스의 하부에 설치되며, 그 중심에는 상기 하부드럼을 관통하여 상부드럼에 압입되는 드럼샤프트가 고정·설치된 드럼모터로 이루어지는 VCR의 헤드드럼장치에 있어서, 상기 상부드럼의 외주면 하단부에 상기 하부드럼상의 슬랜트부와 동일한 경사도를 갖는 소정 폭의 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 경사면에서는 스파이럴 형태의 바람통로가 일정한 간격으로 형성되도록 하므로써 테이프가 상·하 부드럼의 외주면에 형성된 테이프주행면을 따라 주행되는 과정에서 상부드럼과 하부드럼사이에 형성되는 조립틈새로 흡인되는 현상이 효과적으로 방지되도록 하므로써 테이프의 기록면이 손상되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a head drum device of a VCR, the drum base being fixed and installed on the upper surface of the main base at a constant inclination, and fixed and mounted at the same inclination on the upper part of the drum base, and facing inward to the inner edge of the upper end.
