Abstract
본 발명은 유체를 강제순환 시키도록 된 워터펌프에 있어서 워터펌프가 작동될 때 상승되는 임펠러의 마찰력을 완화시킬 수 있도록 된 워터펌프에 관한 것으로서, 모터하우징(10)의 고정자(11)에 전원이 입력되면 회전자(12)와 샤프트(13)가 회전되고 상기 샤프트(13)의 상단에 축착된 임펠러(5)가 회전되면서 유입구(3)를 통하여 유입된 유체가 강제순환되어 유출구(4)로 배출토록된 것에 있어서, 임펠러실(24)의 입구에 탄발가이드흡입링(26)이 삽착되고 상기 탄발가이드흡입링(26)의 중앙 플랜지(26-1)에 오링(28)을 개입시켜 트러스트베어링(27)을 고정시키며, 임펠러(25)의 지지축부(25-2)에 트러스트베어링(29)을 고정시키되 상기 트러스트베어링(27)과 트러스트베어링(29)을 상호 대향 만곡돌부 또는 만곡요부로 되어 연접되어지도록 된 것인바, 임펠러(25)가 부상(浮上)되더라도 유체를 유도하는 탄발가이드 흡입링(26)에 의해 압력정도에 따라 탄발가면되고 트러스트베어링(27)과 (29) 사이에 수막현상이 발생되어 마찰력을 근본적으로 배제시키므로 임펠러는 더욱 부드럽게 회전되면서도 회전력의 상승으로 그 효율이 향상되어 진다.The present invention relates to a water pump that is capable of relieving the frictional force of the impeller that is raised when the water pump is operated in the water pump for forced circulation of the fluid, the power supply to the stator (11) of the motor housing (10) When the rotor 12 and the shaft 13 are rotated and the impeller 5 condensed on the upper end of the shaft 13 is rotated, the fluid introduced through the inlet port 3 is forcedly circulated to the outlet port 4.
