Abstract

There is provided a deflection yoke which comprises a coil separator having a neck, a screen and a plurality of pins for fixedly distributing a horizontal deflection yoke; horizontal and vertical deflection coils which are disposed at inner and outer side of the coil separator and generates a deflection magnetic field for deflecting an electron beam; and a ferrite core which is disposed to enclose the vertical deflection coil, wherein a length of one of the pins provided in the neck of the coil separator, which is placed to corners of left and right sides with a horizontal axis of the screen in the center, is shortened from a center point of the deflection yoke toward an inner side thereof, and a length of the horizontal deflection coil wound on the pins is also shortened from a center point of the deflection yoke toward an inner side thereof.
