Abstract

커터헤드면판에 장착하는 디스크커터나 스크레이퍼비트만을 교환가능하게 한 커터헤드면판을 제공함으로서, 토질에 알맞은 시공이 가능하게 되는 것을 목적으로 한다.
선도관(2)의 선단에 회전자재하게 장착되고, 또한 커터면판(3)에 커터를 장착한 커터헤드면판(3)을 보유하는 매설관의 추진장치에 있어서, 토질에 따른 다른 종류의 커터(8,12,31)를 장착가능한 커터헤드면판(3)과, 이 커터헤드면판(3)에 배설한 공통된 장착부(7,13)와, 토질에 따른 다른 종류의 커터(8,12,31)와, 이 커터(8,12,31)를 장착하기 위한 커터유지부재(6)에 설치한 공통된 장착부(9a) 등을 설치하고 있는 구성으로 되어 있다.

제1도는 매설관의 추진장치인 커터헤드면판에 조약돌 모양의 디스크커터를 장착한 정면도, 제8도는 동일하게 토단에 쓰이는 커터헤드면판의 정면도, 제9도는 동일하게 토질에 알맞는 커터헤드면판 교환요령도.

Claims (4)

  1. 선도관의 선단에 회전자재하게 장착되고, 또한 커터헤드면판에 커터를 장착한 커터헤드면판을 보유하는 매설관의 추진장치에 있어서, 토질에 따른 종류의 커터를 장착할 수 있는 커터헤드면판과, 이 커터헤드면판에 배설한 공통된 장착부와, 토질에 따른 다른 종류의 커터와, 이 커터를 장착하기 위한 유지부재에 설치한 공통된 장착부 등을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 매설관의 추진장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 커터헤드면판은 조약돌에 사용하는 커터헤드면판으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 매설관의 추진장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 토질에 따른 다른 종류의 커터는, 조약돌, 보통 토양, 또는 토단 등에 사용되는 디스크커터나 스크레이퍼비트 등의 커터중에서, 적어도 1종류를 선택하여 조합가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 매설관의 추진장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 보통 토양, 또는 토단 등에 사용되는, 적어도 1종류를 선택하여 장착가능한 스크레이퍼와, 스크레이퍼의 공통된 스크레이퍼 장착부를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매설관의 추진장치.
