Abstract
A method for fabricating a optic path controller of projection image displayer is disclosed. The method for fabricating a optic path controller of projection image displayer, comprises the steps of: forming wapers(1)(3) having grooves at a regulalr interval, two wapers being are symmetric, and inserting two wapers(1)(3) to each other by adhesive(2); removing top and bottom of the wapers except for the grooves and forming waper(1)(3) and adhesive(2) by turns; forming actuated mirror arrays by deeply removing central portion of the wapers(1)(3), by forming grooves at a regular interval and by processing the wapers(1)(3) and adhesive(2); forming thermoplastic resin on surface after patterning signal electrode by forming bias electrode on surface; adhering backing plate(5) on the surface, turning over the displayer and forming grooves(6) by selectively removing adhesive and wapers(1)(3) by a depth; turning over the displayer again, taking off the backing plate(5), adhering a driving plate(7) on the bottom and polycing the surface; and forming a mirror(8) by forming insulator and metal on the surface and selectively removing the mirror(8), so that the mirror(8) is formed on each actuater as a metrix, and removing the thermoplastic resin. Thereby, the displayer is stable due to the wapers connected globally and mirror forming processing can be simple.
