Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 세탁기용 자급식펌프의 흡입구조에 관하며, 더욱 구체적으로는 세탁기용 자급식펌프의 흡입호스 선단에 사용되는 흡입구조에 관한다.
2. 발명이 해결하려는 기술적 과제
목욕물중에 함유된 작은때나 오물, 부유고형물 등을 제거할 수 있고 여과필터의 오염이나 막힘을 감시하고 이를 청소하는 보수작업이 용이한 세탁기용 자급식펌프의 흡입구조를 제공하는데 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
원통형의 제1필터부재(10) 및 제1필터부재의 바깥측에 간격을 두고 동일축으로 배치된 외부원통(11a)로 구성되는 2중원통형상체와 이 2중원통형상체의 한 끝에 제2필터부재(21)을 거쳐서 접속되고 개구부를 가진 흡입단말부재(13)과 이 2중원통형상체의 다른쪽 끝에 접속된 도출구부재(12)로 구성되어, 유체(W)를 제2필터부재(21)로 통과시키고 제1필터부재(10)와 외부원통(11a) 사이의 간격으로 흡입시킨다음, 제1필터부재(10)를 통해서 그 내측으로부터 도출구부재(12)로 나가도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기용 자급펌프의 흡입구조.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명의 절수형세탁기에 목욕물을 이용함에 있어서 목욕물중의 오물을 제거하고 필터의 오염정도를 감시할 수 있고 필터의 청소등이 용이한 자급식펌프의 흡입구조에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 욕조에서 목욕물을 자급식 펌프에 의해서 세탁기로 공급하는 상태를 나타내는 개략설명도, 제2도는 본 발명의 흡입구조체의 일실시예를 나타내는 측면도이며, 상부는 평면도, 하부는 저면도, 제3도는 제2도의 A-A′단면확대도, 제4도는 제2필터부재의 측면도 제5도는 제4도의 B-B′단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 원통형의 제1필터부재(10) 및 제1필터부재(10)의 바깥측에 간격을 두고 동일축방향으로 배치된 외부원통(11a)로 구성되는 2중원통형상체와 이 2중원통체의 한쪽 끝에 제2필터부재(21)을 거쳐서 접속되며 개방구를 갖는 흡입단말부재(13)와, 2중원통형상체의 다른쪽 끝에 접속된 도출구부재(12)로 구성되어, 유체(W)를 제2필터부재(21)로 통과시켜서 제1필터부재(10)와 외부원통(11a)와의 간격사이로 흡입하여 제1필터부재를 통과한 다음 그 내측으로부터 도출구부재(12)로 나가도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기용 자급식펌프의 흡입구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1필터부재(10)은 원통형의 다구멍지지체(18)의 몸통둘레에 해제할 수 있게 감겨있는 제1필터(10a)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기용 자급식 펌프의 흡입구조.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 도출구부재(12)에 안전용의 제3필터(27)을 내장한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기용자급식펌프의 흡입구조.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡입구조체(3) 전체를 수중에 잠기도록 하기 위한 무게추(26)를내장한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기용 자급식펌프의 흡입구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 흡입단말부재(13)에, 흡입구조체(3)을 사용하지 않을때는 흡입구조체(3)을 세탁기본체의 측벽에 걸어놓기 위한 걸고리부재(14)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기용 자급식펌프의 흡입구조.
