Abstract

본 발명은 폴리아마이드-폴리에스테르 2성분계 분할형 복합섬유를 용융방사하여 제조할 때 방사노즐면에 모노머나 올리고머와 같은 탄화물이 축적되어서 단사절이나 곡사현상을 발생시키는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 열에 약한 폴리아마이드에산화마그네슘을 0.01~1.5중량% 첨가한 다음에 용융압출시키고, 폴리아마이드의 용융압출온도와 복합섬유의 방사온도를 각각 265~275℃, 280~285℃로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
본 발명은 방사노즐면의 청소주기가 연장되고, 동시에 단사절이나 곡사현상이 감소되기 때문에 방사성이 개선된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 비상용성 고분자인 폴리아마이드(A)와 폴리에스테르(B)를 사용하여 분할형 복합섬유를 제조함에 있어서,폴리아마이드의 중량에 대하여 0.01~1.5중량%의 산화마그네슘을 폴리아마이드에 첨가하여 용융압출하고, 복합방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성이 개선된 분할형 복합섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아마이드(A)의 용융압출온도는 265~275℃, 폴리에스테르(B)의 용융압출온도는 265~285℃, 복합섬유의 방사온도는 280~285℃임을 특징으로하는 방사성이 개선된 분할형 복합섬유의 제조방법.
