본 발명은 균제도가 우수한 편평섬유 및 그 제조용 방사구금에 관한 것으로, 동일 방사구금에 모양변형비가 5~100인 편평단면 방사공의 장축을 측면 냉각공기의 방향과 같은 방향으로 배열시킨 방사구금과 이를 이용하여 제조한 각각의 필라멘트가 같은 냉각효과를 갖게 되어 균제도가 향상될 뿐만아니라 동일 필라멘트 내의 양쪽 가장자리 부분이 서로 다른 배향도를 갖게되어 열수축 후 서로 다른 크림프 수를 나타내므로 천연섬유와 같은 촉감을 가지며 드라이터치(dry touch)감 및 냉감이 우수한 편평섬유 및 그 제조용 방사구금에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a flat fiber having excellent uniformity and a spinneret for manufacturing the spinneret, and a spinneret having a long axis of a flat cross-section spinneret having a shape deformation ratio of 5 to 100 in the same spinneret in the same direction as the side cooling air.
