본 고안은 각종 산업 쓰레기나 가정용 쓰레기를 수거한 상태에서 이의 2차 처리를 위하여 쓰레기 부피를 최소화되도록 하기 위한 압착 장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 각종 배출 분야에서 수거된 쓰레기는 자연 방치 상태에서 수집된 것이기 때문에 그 부피가 대단히 커서 2차 처리를 위하여 쓰레기를 운반하거나 보관할 때 운송비가 과다하고 많은 하치장소를 필요로 하여 합리적인 쓰레기의 처리를 어렵게 하는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a compaction apparatus for minimizing the waste volume for the secondary treatment in the state of collecting various industrial waste or household waste. 본 고안은 이에 착안하여 일정 장소에 수거된 쓰레기를 능률적인 압착장치로서 기계적으로 눌러서 이를 일정한 규격화된 단위 뭉치로 크렙핑하여 운송 부피와 보관 장소를 최소화시키도록 하여 쓰레기 처리의 효율성과 합리성을 도모케한 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 장방형 입면체로 된 압착기통체(1)는 전방으로 개방부(1a)를 두며 후방으로 투입구(1b)를 경사지게 설치하여 전방 하측에는 개폐문(8)을 경첩(8a)과 잠금쇠(8b)로 여닫도록 설치하고 상부에는 유압실린더(2)를 수직으로 착설하여 이의 피스턴롯드(3)와 연결된 압착판(4)을 통체(1) 내부에 승강 자재되게 내장한다. 내측 바닥부에는 고정판(5)을 축봉(6)으로 전방이 축지되게 장설하고 고정판(5)의 후방에는 와이어로우프(8)를 연결하여 통체(1)측벽에 천공한 수직장공(7)을 통하여 와이어 로우프(8)를 도출한 후 상기 압착판(4)에 도출한 고리(4a)에 여유있게 연결하므로서 쓰레기의 압착과 압착된 쓰레기의 전방 인출을 용이하게 한 것이다. 도면중 부호 10은 쓰레기 이송 콤베어이고, 11은 유압펌프이며, 12는 모우터이다. 이상과 같이 된 본 고안은 주로 각종 쓰레기의 하치장에 설치하여 수집된 쓰레기를 일정한 크기로 압착하여 부피가 최소화되도록 크렙핑하기 위한 압착 장치인바 본 고안을 가동할시는 유압 장치를 가동하여 유압실린더(2)에 연결된 압착판(4)을 최상부위치로 상승시켜 놓고 쓰레기를 포장할 수 있는 끈을 고정판(5)위에 올려 놓은 다음 수집된 쓰레기는 콤베어(10)를 이용하여 통체(1)의 투입구(1b)쪽으로 밀어 넣는다.The present invention is designed to mechanically press the waste collected in a certain place as an efficient pressing device and to creep it into a standardized unit bundle to minimize the transportation volume and storage place to promote the efficiency and rationality of waste disposal. 이때 전방의 개폐문(9)은 잠금쇠(8b)로서 고정을 시켜 놓고 쓰레기를 충분히 통체(1) 내부의 수납실(13)에 장입한다. 쓰레기가 충분히 장입된 후에는 콤베어(10)의 가동을 중지시키고 유압실린더(2)를 가공하여 압착판(4)을 하향으로 눌러 내입된 쓰레기를 최소 부피로 압축한다. 압축이 완료된 후에는 압착판(4)이 그대로 눌러진 상태에서 미리 깔아 놓은 결속용 끈을 압착판(4)의 하측으로 끼워 넣어서 크렙핑하여 쓰레기가 일정한 덩어리 상태로 포장이 되게 한다. 이때 압착판(4)의 하측에는 포장끈이 통과될 수 있도록 단면형 보강돌조가 착설되어 있고 후측 벽면에는 끈삽입용 장공이 수개 수직으로 천공되어 있어서 포장밴드를 쉽게 둘러 감아 결속시킬 수 있다. 포장밴드에 의한 결속이 이루어진 후에는 고정판(5)의 후측에 연결된 와이어를 압착판(4)의 양단측 후크(4a)에 걸어주고 전방의 개폐문(9)을 개봉시킨 다음 유압실린더(2)를 가동하여 압착판(4)을 위로 상승시키면 와이어 로우프(8)가 고정판(5)의 후측을 위로 들어 올려주게 되므로 고정판(5)은 전방측이 축봉(6)에 축지되어 있어서 제 3 도와 같이 경사상으로 들어 올려져 내장된 쓰레기 포장뭉치를 전방으로 자연스럽게 굴러 떨어져 인출된다.At this time, the front opening / closing door 9 is fixed as the clamp 8b, and the garbage is fully charged into the storage chamber 13 inside the cylinder 1.
