Abstract

Polyester resin composition with superior impact resistance and heat resistance is provided. The polyester resin composition comprises (a) 10 to 90% by weight of aromatic polyester resin; (b) aromatic polycarbonate resin 10 to 90% by weight; (c) 0.1 to 30 part by weight of thermoplastic resin which comprises 5 to 95% by weight of epoxy group-containing olefin copolymer and 95 to 5% by weight of vinyl polymer or copolymer based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of (a) and (b); (d) 1 to 30 parts by weight of copolymer of ethylene monopolymer or ethylene with alpha-olefin having 3 to 10 carbon atoms based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of (a) and (b); and (e) 1 to 70 parts of polyphenylene ether based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of (a), (b), (c) and (d).
